Chief Executive Officer

Tara Radzinski, B.S.

Tara Radzinski, B.S., cofounder and CEO of Sustainable Solutions Corporation, has over 20 years of financial and operational planning experience. Her primary responsibilities include staffing, team development, and developing and communicating the company's vision, brand and strategic direction. She has designed and implemented internal systems and operating procedures to ensure SSC's high quality customer service and internal organizational efficiency. Tara also plays an integral role in fostering the company's community connections through speaking engagements and coordinating support of local charities and volunteer programs.

Over the last 10 years, Tara's efforts have resulted in SSC's steady growth and triple digit increases in revenue. In the past year, Tara has expanded the scope of SSC by developing and directing the Sustainable Hiring service. This service arose from Tara's passion and experience in meeting company expectations while ensuring candidate success, resulting in increased employee retention and the creation of an enjoyable and inspiring workplace. The development of a gratifying work environment is strongly integrated into Sustainable Solutions Corporation's culture and values.

Sustainable Solutions Corporation has achieved national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), an organization chartered to enhance and promote procurement opportunities for woman-owned businesses. Tara frequently speaks to groups of women business owners to share her success story and provide inspiration in defining and achieving compelling goals.

Tara has a degree in Education from Pennsylvania State University. During the last 20 years she has served as an accountant clerk, responsible for a $1 million budget, and as the Tax Collector of Royersford Borough, Pennsylvania, responsible for collecting $10 million over a four year period.
